These Terms and Conditions are in addition to any other agreements between you and Kirabo, including, without limitation, any user agreements, investor agreements, subscription terms, or other contracts governing your use of our technology, tools, services, information, or investment offerings.

The Kirabo Equity platform (including its website and mobile application, collectively referred to as the “Service”) may provide or make available certain content and tools (the “Content”). This may include, but is not limited to:

• Account information, transactions, or participation details;

• Educational resources and market insights;

• Tools for budgeting, saving, or investing;

• Branding elements and trademarks (“Marks”) owned by Kirabo Equity;

• Third-party tools or data integrated into the platform;

• Other features or materials made available by Kirabo Equity and its partners or data providers (“Third-Party Providers”).

Content and services provided by Third-Party Providers (“Third-Party Content”) may be accessed through our platform, including via embedded tools, hyperlinks, or integrations.

By accessing or using the Service or any Content, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable policies or agreements referenced herein. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance.

If you engage with Kirabo Equity in any investment, subscription, or financial offering, your relationship may be subject to additional agreements specific to your account, including subscription, investor, or participation terms.

 

Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

The Service and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kirabo Equity and any Third-Party Providers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Content or service provided. You agree to use the platform at your own risk. Nothing provided on the platform should be interpreted as legal, tax, or individualized investment advice unless clearly and explicitly stated as such.

Kirabo Equity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Service;

• Errors, interruptions, or delays in Content;

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill;

• Any issue caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures, government actions, etc.).

Kirabo Equity provides access to tools and educational materials for self-directed users. Unless explicitly stated in writing, Kirabo does not provide personalized financial or investment recommendations. The Kirabo Equity platform and its services are controlled and operated from the United States and are primarily intended for U.S. residents. Foreign users may access and use the Service at their own risk, and are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

We make no representation that the content, tools, or services provided on the Kirabo platform conform to the laws of any country outside the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you alone are responsible for compliance with your local laws and regulations.
